<Job Responsibilities>
[Develop Growth Strategies]
- Plan and develop strategies to expand the market and increase revenue.
- Identify target customer segments and create market penetration plans tailored to business.
- Accomplishes marketing and sales staff objectives by selecting, training, and coaching employees.
[Sales and Marketing Management]
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and manage a sales pipeline through to close.
- Propose and implement sale strategy to maximize sales performance.
- Selling products or identifying potential customer deals that will increase sales and meet agreed sales targets.
- Searching for new potential customers and opportunities.
- Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales.
- Plan and control sales, costs, and profitability, implementing strategies to achieve financial targets.
- Prepares and completes the sales & marketing action plan.
- Oversee advertising and promotional activities.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Follow brand plans and execute marketing activities in market.
- Prepare report and data to support team and weekly report / Monthly report send to supervisor.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Make regular customer visits to ensure effective in field operation, survey for competitor activities and opportunity for sale growth and solution for in-field problems.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Serve as a link between key customers and internal teams.
- Support ad-hoc assignment and projects as required by the company.
- Execute all other jobs assigned by CEO and the supervisor
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 5 years in Sales in Food&Beverage or FMCG
- Management experiences (At least 2 years as a Assistant Manager up)
- Clear understanding of Sales and Marketing in Beverage business or related field
- Understanding of the modern off-trade and modern trade channel and customer management, laws and regulations.
- Strong closing skills and Ability to present multiple product lines.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills in sales and marketing.
- Conversational High Level of English, to deal with client and present sales strategy to company group in others country.
- Have own car and driving license for visit client
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office, Especially Excel and PowerPoint
<Personality>
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Proven experience in bringing products into Modern Trade channel, including negotiation of trading terms and execution of sales initiatives.
- Understanding of inventory management principles, especially FIFO (First-In, First-Out)
