Sales & Marketing Manager (45K–70K) (SDG-102684) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายและการตลาด <Job responsibilities> • Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies. • Helps to detail, design and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered. • Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels. • Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc. • Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits. • Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service. • Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals. • Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performances. • Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives. • Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures. • Attends Events, trade shows, and travels to meet clients as needed. <ความรับผิดชอบในงาน> • ให้ข้อมูล แนวคิด และการวิจัยเพื่อช่วยพัฒนากลยุทธ์การตลาด • ช่วยในการลงรายละเอียด ออกแบบ และดำเนินการแผนการตลาดสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์หรือบริการแต่ละรายการที่นำเสนอ • กำหนดตารางการตลาดและประสานงานกับเพื่อนร่วมงาน ผู้สนับสนุน ตัวแทนสื่อ และผู้เชี่ยวชาญอื่นๆ เพื่อใช้กลยุทธ์ในหลายช่องทาง • พัฒนากลยุทธ์และแนวทางการขายสำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการต่างๆ เช่น โปรโมชั่นพิเศษ กิจกรรมที่ได้รับการสนับสนุน เป็นต้น • ตอบคำถามลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับประโยชน์ของผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการ • รักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีเยี่ยมกับลูกค้าผ่านการบริการลูกค้าที่เหนือกว่า • ติดตามข้อมูลการขายและทำงานเพื่อให้บรรลุโควต้าหรือเป้าหมายของทีมขาย • วิเคราะห์แนวโน้ม ข้อมูล ข้อมูลประชากร กลยุทธ์การกำหนดราคา และข้อมูลอื่น ๆ ที่อาจปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการตลาดและการขาย • สร้างและนำเสนอรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานอย่างสม่ำเสมอสำหรับผู้จัดการและผู้บริหาร • ดำเนินการและปฏิบัติตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนของบริษัท • เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม งานแสดงสินค้า และการเดินทางเพื่อพบปะลูกค้าตามความจำเป็น
