Sales & Marketing Manager (100K–130K) (SDG-114535) <Job responsibilities> - Sales & marketing strategy development and implementation in ASEAN (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia) - Ensure the Sales and Marketing team complies with the company's values and principles, including Safety, Ethics, and Respect for individuals. Develop a strong compliance culture. - Participate in and lead a dynamic and customer focused sales team to promote the company’s products in Advanced Interlayer Solutions Division in High Performance Products - Responsible for major business decisions and customer contract negotiations - Develop, mentor, and Support Department personnel - Develop project pipelines to meet short and long-term growth of specialty products including Color PVB, Acoustic PVB & Spallshield cPET - Develop and maintain profound relationship with stake holders of related parties, e.g. Glass Fabricators’ high management, OEMs, Architects, Engineers, Glaziers & Agents. - Fulfill short and long-term term business/Sales targets. - Direct analysis and reporting of Sales planning and budgeting. - Create new business opportunities, Develop new accounts to satisfy business growth needs while maintaining existing customer market share. - Good Communication internally for aligning Sales strategy, product availability, Sales process and business finance etc. - Help defining strategies to increase the market share and Build a stronger in the industry. - Collaborate with other countries and regions. - Collaborate with technical TEAM to resolve technical issues at customers - Basic technical Support to customers - Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or ideally Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related. - At least 10+ years of Sales & Marketing Manager working experience in the Chemical industry. - At least 2+ years of experience in the Safety Glass/Laminated safety glass industry. - Pricing & Forecasting Experience - Strong Communication skills in English. - Communication skills to Develop excellent relationship at all levels from key customers. - Organizational and people leadership skills to be a good TEAM leader. - Self-driven and Pro-active personality. - Experience in complex contract negotiations and Closing skills are an asset. - Strong analytical skills & Negotiating skills. - Understanding in market situation. - Effective leadership and motivational skills. - Strong TEAM player being able to interact with all levels of people in the organization. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experienced as a Regional Sales in ASEAN Language Skill English level : Business Level Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri(Hybrid working : Work from home 2 days a week)) About the Benefits 100,000–130,000THB About the company Product & Service: Safety Glass, Laminated Safety Glass Business Type: Glass / Ceramic / Cement;
