Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Visit retails stores
- Suggest layout optimization to store staffs to maximize the sales
- Have a meeting with retail stores and ask their issue and propose solutions.
- Conduct market research to know general users' preference and market trend
- Corporate with colleagues about the orders and shipping status
- Prepare documents for daily, monthly and annually sales report
- Prepare proposal documents
- Update the progress of orders and sales by using Microsoft Excel.
- Work on management tasks as leader level during manager's absence.
- Handle for quotation and invoice documents, this process using Massmatic and calculation a lot of situation
- Guide and train team members as leader
- Other tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At least 5 years working experience B2C sales to retail store in consumer goods such as FMCG.
- At least 1 year of management experience as a leader
- Conversational high level of English (For communicating with Japanese members internally in regular meetings)
- The person who proactively communicates with related people.
Personality: Strong sense of ownership for sales activity

- Experience of using everyday goods
- Management experience as manager
- Experience of training and guidance for subordinates
- Business level of English
