Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Supervise and monitor the sales team to ensure adherence to the sales plan; support sales representatives in maintaining customer relationships and satisfaction. - Advise sales representatives on sales opening and closing techniques; create promotional activities to achieve the company’s sales and profit targets. - Track sales representatives’ work progress and assess feasibility to identify potential issues or assist in closing sales. - Develop and schedule monthly or annual product knowledge and sales skill training programs for the sales team. - Train and evaluate sales representatives to ensure they are equipped with proper sales skills. - Verify product details according to sales contracts, including quantity and specifications, to ensure accurate delivery to customers. - Plan marketing and sales strategies to achieve company objectives. - Resolve product-related issues and coordinate with customers to ensure satisfaction. - Perform other duties assigned by supervisors and comply with company policies.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in any related field - At least 8 years of work experience as a Sales in Medical Equipment (Ultrasound/General Surgery) - At least 3 years of management experience with direct subordinates - Conversational middle-level in English for communication with the Doctor and making the document - In cases of necessity, the employee may also be required to work on holidays or after regular working hours. - Able to travel and work in the assigned upcountry areas as required (All Thailand) - Have own car and driving license - Proficient in using computers programs (Words, Excel) <Details> - Good interpersonal skills and can work well with others. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medical Instrumentation, Science, or a related field. - Have experience in BK Medical, M-Cube tech, Medkonsult, Angiodynamics, Urotech, Emcision, Sterylab
