Responsibility:
* In charge of Sales Management in sales team, give advice to teammates in Sugar Factory
* Propose solutions products to customer and finding an opportunity in Selling in new market & new projects.
* Check customers’ requirements/problems and find the solutions
* Establish strong relationship with new customers and keep healthy relationship with customers
* Overlook internal sales document works, including billing and collection
* Check and update the Laws of Sugar Industrial in order to understand and do Sales Effectively in this industry.
* Market Research for Sugar Industrial Competition in order to expand the overview of Sales Market & find the best solution for this industrial.
* Visit the factory or guide customers to check & confirm the quality of production.
Qualification:
Must
* Thai Nationality Only, Male/Female Age: 35– 45
* At least 10 years working as Sales Field in Sugar Manufacturer /Large Company
* Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field.
* Experience working at least 5 years in Sales Manager Level with Sales Record Approven.
* Full comprehension & knowledge in Sugar Industry’s Laws & Procedures.
Preferable
* Experience working in Sales Manager with Managerial skill for Manufacturer/Maker (30-100 persons) (Especially in Sugar /Food Industrial) would be advantage.
* Leadership//Detailed/Skillful person who ready to work hard.
