Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- New project sales management: Develop sales strategies and customer persona proposals based on market and competitor research.
- Sales strategy and execution from launch to closing: Responsible for housing and condominium projects (direct sales, online, and offline).
- Budget and schedule management: Propose effective methods to maximize sales results with limited resources and time.
- Monitoring market trends and customer needs: Identify new business opportunities and create initiatives for continuous sales growth.
- Managing clients and business partners: Build strong relationships and leverage communication skills to gain cooperation and trust.
- Any other sales-related tasks assigned by the Japanese MD.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelore degree 
- At least 5 years of sales experience with a real estate developer 
- Conversational- Middle of English to communicate with Japanese management 
- At least 1 year of experience in Management 
- Experience in planning and implementing internal sales operation systems

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Sales experience with properties valued between 10 million and 13 million
