Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Propose and promote parking-related products and solutions tailored to client needs, contributing to business growth and market development. - Conduct regular client visits, with a particular focus on key accounts in the parking sector, to strengthen relationships and identify business opportunities. - Manage a team of approximately 10–20 staff members, with the potential to expand the team to around 50 employees in the future as the organization scales. - Provide regular reports and updates to the Japan headquarters, and participate in scheduled meetings to ensure alignment with corporate strategies and objectives. - Any other tasks assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s degree in a science or engineering-related field - At least 5 years of B2B sales engineering or sales experience with one or more of the following products or services : ・Parking systems ・Security solutions ・Software - At least 3 years of management experience at the managerial level or above - At least a conversational high level of English to communicate with clients and the Japanese HQ for reporting - Having experience working in a Japanese company <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Be able to work for the long term
