Sales Manager or Sales Assistant Manager @Chonburi (60K-80K) (SDG-50955)
<Job Responsibilities>
Supervise sales team and make a business plan in order to achieve the Sales target and increase the profit of the company
Develop new potential clients in automotive business (Chonburi, Rayong, Bangkok, Ayutthaya area)
Maintain strong relationship with existing clients.
Train and supervise new coming sales staff.
Visit clients to maintain relationship.
Responsible for marketing plan
Make sales pipelines to meet company's target
Other task's as assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 40-45 years old
Master's or Bachelor's Degree of Science Chemistry, Chemical Engineer or related fields
At least 5 years experience as Sales in Paint Manufacturing for Automotive Coating is a must
At least 2-3 years experience in Management Level
Be able to communicate in English (Advanced Conversational Low-Middle Level)
Be able to analyze business data and double competition
Good communication skill and be able to work under high pressure
Knowledge of Sales forecast accuracy and Production sales inventory (PSI)
Have driving license and be able to drive car in Sales activity (Company provide car)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Have knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001 is preferable
Work experience in Automotive Paint Business

English: Conversational Level

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)
