Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Sales forecast and analysis, analyze problems and obstacles that effects monthly sales and including arranging corrective and preventive plan.
Ø Manage other sales team members to hit sales target and gain revenue
Ø Go to many country for business trip (Japan , China , Philippine)
Ø Develop new clients and get a contract
Ø Train staff to control and improve work quality
Ø Report to Japanese GM
Ø Other tasks assigned by Japanese Manager
Ø This company provide company car
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
Ø Bachelor in Japanese major or any related field
Ø High level in Japanese Language skill (At least N2)
Ø Having experienced in sales functions for many years.
Ø Experienced working in Japanese Company
Ø Able to work up country
Ø Active and Hard-working
Preferable:
Ø Experience of sales in electrical parts company
Ø Japanese language skill
Ø Be good at figures
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational level
Japanese: N2 or Above
Workplace Area: Rojana Industrial Park, Ayutthaya
Working Hour: 08:00-17:00
