Sales Manager (Modern Trade/Cleaning Product) (60K–100K) (SDG-114364) <Job responsibilities> • Define & implement specific strategies for the achievement of profitable growth. • Develop and implement a suitable and efficient distribution organization (distributors, own supervisors). • Develop national Key Account targets (short, mid and long term). • Lead and support the distributors and local Key Account in terms of sales, distribution, and attend negotiation meetings. • Determine and implement the suitable product assortment and price positioning including regular reviews. • Lead the team effectively, with the highest integrity and efficiency. • Develop a Sales, Distribution and Merchandising plan (short-mid and long term) together with local distributors. • Ensure the successful launch and distribution of agreed regional New product development priorities.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 50 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in any major related - At least 6-10 years of professional experience as Sales in FMCG business including active leadership in launching an FMCG brand. - Have 3-5 years of People management experience. - Have personal car and Driving License - Conversational High level in English for communicating with regional Office in Hong Kong - Good knowledge of trade-structure and Sales-force management. - knowledge & Experience in consumer products marketing mix. - Understanding of a P&L statement and Financial key figures. - Strong knowledge & Understanding of local trade, customers & competitors. - Leadership qualities & commitment to personal development and talent management. - Strong Communication & Ability to manage change and negotiation skills. - Strong Interpersonal and influencing skills. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Have Experience in cleaning products Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: Muang Thong Thani, Nonthaburi Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday: 08.30-17.30 / 09.00-18.00 / 09.30-18.30 (Flexible working hour) - Work in office (WFH 2 day per 2 week) About the Benefits 60,000–100,000THB About the company Product & Service: Cleaning Product Business Type: Everyday Goods / Toys;
