Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Supervise and manage the sales performance of the team to ensure targets are met in alignment with company goals.
- Gather and analyze customer data to develop strategic plans and improve business development initiatives.
- Conduct training and development for team members, enhance work processes, and motivate the team to achieve organizational objectives.
- Drive business growth by identifying innovative solutions and seeking potential business opportunities across all channels to develop effective sales strategies.
- Other assigned tasks by the Director.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Master’s degree or higher in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Genetics, Immunology, Biology, Microbiology, Science, or other related fields.
- At least 7 years of experience in sales or as a Product Specialist in the scientific/medical instrument industry, medical-related businesses, and/or medical laboratory sectors.
- At least 5 years of experience in team management or leadership roles.
- Conversational high in English (Communicate with client, e-mail, and document.)
- Must possess a valid driver’s license, have access to a personal vehicle for work purposes, and be willing to travel for work both within Bangkok and upcountry.
- Willing to travel and stay overnight (for sales positions in rural areas).
