Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Join the planning strategies meeting with executives to boost circulation. - Set department goals and plans in alignment with the organization's policies/strategic plan. - Manage and supervise the team to perform according to the specified goals. - Support the team in closing sales by providing guidance and assistance to ensure a successful deal. - Plan to expand the new customer base and establish guidelines for maintaining relationships with both existing and new customers. - Coordinate with customers and related organizations both domestically and internationally. - Control departmental expenses, including costs associated with product testing for customers. - Manage the products in the warehouse to have the right amount and follow the established policy. [Personnel Management and Development Part] - Plan workforce and set work goals for team members. - Train and transfer work techniques to employees to work successfully according to the specified goals. - Promote knowledge and employee skills development to perform duties efficiently. - Evaluate performance and set training plans - Supervise and advise good working discipline for the team. - Others as assigned by the report line
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields. - At least 8 years experience in sales and if related with printing business (Labels) will be a plus. - At least 5 years of experience in managing B2B sales As a Division Manager / Senior Manager/ Manager - Have experience in the printing industry, offset, or related. - Conversational Middle in English (communicate with customers 20-30%, Documents, reports and meeting) - Driving license with own car <In Details> - Leadership and good human relations - Quick thinking and quick decision-making. - Skills in analyzing, planning, and problem-solving. - Have presentation skills, able to open and close the deal <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experience in sales related to printing or the printing industry
