Sales Manager-Trading for Food (Japanese Speaking) (40K-80K) (SDG-22986) <Job Responsibilities> Make sales strategy and execute the plan (e.g. what kind of clients we should focus on, how to contact them) Set up KPI for the members, supervise and train three subordinates for sales activity, logistic coordination, delivery control, stock control Visit clients (At least 2 days for one week), pitch products and conclude contracts (most of the clients you pitch to are Thai people in charge in purchase section in Japanese food companies). ※Company cab and driver will be provided by company Business development to increase business line and clients Cooperate with Headquarters in Japan or Chinese group companies to coordinate products and logistics. Directly report to MD regularly
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, male/female, 35-45 years Bachelor's Degree Japanese Level at least N3 Sales (BD) experience in Food industry (Manufacturing or Trading) Management experience <Preferable Skill / Experience> Japanese Level N2 Languages skills English: Basic level Japanese: Conversational level Workplace Area: BTS Asoke/ MRT Sukhumvit, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday (Saturday working: None)) About the Benefits Salary: 40,000–80,000THB About the company Products: The frozen food products Business Type: General Trading Company; Food / Beverages;
