Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Visit client regularly to maintain and develop the relationship
- Manage delivery schedules and quality assurance to meet client's expectation by working closely with section leaders in factory
- Manage sales targets, prepare budgets, and monitor progress
- Negotiate with customers (from operational level to management) and enhance customer satisfaction
- Occasional business trips to the Korat factory required
- Build business foundations and sales strategies with OEMs
- Develop new business opportunities (market research, product understanding, and price negotiation)
- Conduct competitor analysis and develop pricing strategies
- Understand customers' vehicle development processes and procurement policies
- Collaborate with global teams and support issue resolution (SAP implementation planned from next year)
- Other duties assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Over 5 years of sales experience in the automotive or automotive parts industry
- Business level of Japanese *To communicate with Japanese Section leaders
- Business level of English *To communicate with Indian report line
- Experience in sales analysis and creating business strategy as management level
- Utilized ERP for managing sales processes, customer data, and reporting
*If decided at the head office level, you will be responsible for promoting it at the operational site
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in managing a multinational team
- Working experience abroad or experience working with multicultural teams
- Hold a valid driver’s license and be able to drive in Thailand
