<Employee: total : Chonburi branch 2Thai sales person > <Report Line : Japanese CEO around 50years > <Team Member: Sales 1person, she is around 30years, can speak Japanese very well > <Number of Subordinates: whole CBR branch > <Products/Service: Wire Harness for Automotive/Oxygen Sensor for car and motorcycle/Wire Harness for Air Conditioner/Harness Assembly for Fork Lift> <Client: Automotive Manufacturer> mainly located in Rayong, Chonburi Area <Saturday Working: None > <Position Objective> - Responsible all working process in Chonburi branch especially sales filed <Job Responsibilities> - Visit and make relationship with existing company by company car (Client is sometimes Japanese CEO level in Japanese ) - New sales activity in Chonburi area with team members - Manage subordinates and make strategy with them and factory members - Report to Japanese CEO in Japanese - Expand Chonburi office - Other tasks as assign by Japanese CEO *Firstly, they have trainee time (about a month) in Prachinburi to know the production member and how to make products. (They will provide house for training term) * They suppose to build their office close to Amata Spring Country Club.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 5 years working experience as sales in Big Japanese Automobiles company - At least 3 years working experience as manager or Branch manager position - Business level of Japanese (Up to N2) - Not Job hopper (At least 3year working experience in same company.) ★Most important points★ Personality: Challenging and positive person because this company keep changing and would like to challenge new filed continuously <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Working experience of Automobile wire Harness, Car sensor - Work or Study in Japan
