Duties & Responsibilities:
• Visit and make relationship with existing company
• Discover new customers (In the future)
• Manage subordinates and make strategy with them
• Report to Japanese manager and president
• Expand Chonburi office
• Other tasks as assign
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-48 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 8 years working experience as sales in manufacturing company
• At least 3 years working experience as sales manager
• Conversational high level of English
• Conversational high level of Japanese *If can not well, their sales member who can speak Japanese can support
• Have an ability of communication
• Have working experience in automotive company is preferable

Workplace Area: Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri)

• เยี่ยมชมและสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับบริษัทที่มีอยู่
• ค้นพบลูกค้าใหม่ (ในอนาคต)
• จัดการผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาและสร้างกลยุทธ์กับพวกเขา
• รายงานต่อผู้จัดการและประธานชาวญี่ปุ่น
• ขยายสำนักงานชลบุรี
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทักษะที่จำเป็น / ประสบการณ์
• อายุ 30-48 ปี
• ปริญญาตรี
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการขายในบริษัทผู้ผลิตอย่างน้อย 8 ปี
• ประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย
• ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับสนทนา
• ภาษาญี่ปุ่นในระดับสนทนา *ถ้าไม่เก่ง พนักงานขายที่พูดภาษาญี่ปุ่นสามารถช่วยเหลือได้
• มีความสามารถในการสื่อสาร
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทยานยนต์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
