Work outline: Do sales and manage sales team (Product: Electrical component & equipment sales)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Manage team and guide new sales staff
Ø Sales Management, validation, guidance, operation status report to JP Manager
Ø Visit clients for business development with Sales Staff (By own car)
Ø Contact the existing clients to maintain the business partnership
Ø Manage the tasks of the department and assist team members to solve problems
Ø Measure and analyze results for the precise and reliable procedures
Ø Carry out routine tasks accurately and follow strict methodologies to carry out analyses
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male or female, age 28-35 years
Ø Bachelor's degree in any related fields.
Ø Good command in written and spoken in English
Ø Good command of Japanese (at least N3)
Ø At least 5 years’ experience in sales in Japanese trading company
Ø Good communication and interpersonal skill
Ø Strong minded and flexible to do multi-tasks
Ø Have car and driving license
Preferable:
Ø Experience in sales in electrical industry sales
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversational level
Japanese: Advanced conversational level (N3 up)
Workplace Area: BTS Asoke
Working Hour: Monday – Friday [08:30 – 17.30]
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000 – 80,000 THB negotiable
