Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and sales targets. - Lead, coach, and manage the performance of the sales team to ensure alignment with company goals. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Technical and Operations to support customer needs. - Manage pricing, contract negotiation, and customer satisfaction. - Discuss with the engineer about cost sheet, confirm detail for making a quotation. - Handle customer inquiries regarding pricing, discounts, and promotions promptly and professionally. - Negotiate pricing and discount terms with customers to meet sales targets while adhering to company guidelines. - Prepare and present quotes (Quotation) and proposals, including various discount structures. - Do & record the internal System for budget & Sales. - Understanding customer purchasing systems. - Corporate with Oversea team for discussing about Job Details, Layout, Drawings, etc. - Support & corporate internal (Sales, Accounting, Engineer & Administration). - Translate JP-ENG-TH by internal or meeting with the customer.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in any related field - At least 3 years of work experience as a Sales Supervisor, Assistant Manager or Manager role from Automotive product - Business level in Japanese for communication with Japanese customers, and the Japanese MD - Conversation-High-level in English for communication with overseas team - JLPT N2 up - Have a driving car license (Use the company's car) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Can start working immediately
