Sales Manager (Interior) (60K–80K) (SDG-92147) ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย (ตกแต่งภายใน) <Job Responsibilities> • Finding prospecting clients via phone calls, email, connections, etc. • Maintain close contact with clients/partners at various levels, senior management, operations, and correspondent people to ensure continuing closure of sales. • Achieving target sale KPI by monthly and quarterly • Pitching projects as requested • Presenting the company’s products and services • Forecasting sales and providing business solutions to the company • Creating sale report monthly • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned <Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 40 years old • Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Marketing, Business, Interior is plus) • 3 years in sales and account management in Interior design and office furniture, and others • Able to communicate in English ( With Japanese MD) • Management skills • Strong negotiation skills <Details> ・Attitude “Can do it” ・Can work under pressure ・No need to own a car <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・From Interior management Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong Working Hour: 9:00-18:00(Monday - Friday (Saturday working : None)) About the Benefits 60,000–80,000THB About the company Product & Service: Interior design and office furniture, and others Business Type: Construction / Home Building;Building Materials / Interior

ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขาย (ตกแต่งภายใน) (60K–80K) (SDG-92147) <ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน> • การหาลูกค้าเป้าหมายผ่านทางโทรศัพท์ อีเมล การเชื่อมต่อ ฯลฯ • รักษาการติดต่ออย่างใกล้ชิดกับลูกค้า/คู่ค้าในระดับต่างๆ ผู้บริหารระดับสูง ฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ และผู้ติดต่อ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสามารถปิดการขายได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง • บรรลุเป้าหมายการขาย KPI รายเดือนและรายไตรมาส • เสนอโครงการตามที่ร้องขอ • นำเสนอสินค้าและบริการของบริษัท • พยากรณ์ยอดขายและให้บริการโซลูชั่นทางธุรกิจแก่บริษัท • สร้างรายงานการขายประจำเดือน • ปฏิบัติงานเกี่ยวกับงานเบ็ดเตล็ดตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น> - สัญชาติไทย , ชาย , หญิง , อายุ 28 - 40 ปี • วุฒิปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา (การตลาด, ธุรกิจ, ภายใน จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) • 3 ปีในการขายและการจัดการบัญชีในการออกแบบตกแต่งภายในและเฟอร์นิเจอร์สำนักงานและอื่น ๆ • สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (กับ MD ชาวญี่ปุ่น) • ทักษะการจัดการ • มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองที่ดี <รายละเอียด> ・ทัศนคติ “ทำได้” ・สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ ・ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีรถยนต์ <ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ> ・จากการจัดการภายใน ทักษะทางภาษา ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ : สนทนา ระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น : ไม่มี สถานที่ทำงาน BTS พร้อมพงษ์ เวลาทำงาน: 9:00-18:00 น.(จันทร์-ศุกร์ (ทำงานวันเสาร์ : ไม่มี)) เกี่ยวกับผลประโยชน์ 60,000–80,000THB เกี่ยวกับบริษัท สินค้าและบริการ : ออกแบบตกแต่งภายในและเฟอร์นิเจอร์สำนักงาน และอื่นๆ ประเภทธุรกิจ: รับเหมาก่อสร้าง / รับสร้างบ้าน;วัสดุก่อสร้าง / ตกแต่งภายใน
