Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Identifying and securing new business opportunities with prospective and existing accounts. - Foster and building relationships with customers including making calls and closing deals to drive business and grow company’s revenue and profitability. - Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients. - Having a good understanding about the company’s products and services and be able to advise prospective clients about them. - Coordinating with operations teams for all current shipments to ensure that all customers’ requirements are met. - Developing strong relationships with carriers, overseas network, and other suppliers and negotiating competitive pricings for each transaction. - Other jobs as per further assignments
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Logistics, or relevant field. - At least 7 years experience in sales or business development in freight forwarding field. - Conversational middle level in English (To communicate with clients, email and documents) - Knowledge in Industry, including various carriers and trade routes. - Have Management Experience but if no subordinate still can try. - Own Car with Driving License - Proficient in MS Office, Excel, word <In details> - Good interpersonal skills and negotiating skills. - Enthusiastic and pro-active in all aspects of work - Detail-oriented with strong planning and analytical skills. <Preferable> - Strong negotiation skills and able to work under pressure. - (TOEIC score of 500 or higher will be considered a plus). - Experience in shipping lines, airlines, or freight forwarding will be given special consideration.
