Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers. - To do sales activities both Ocean and Air Freight, as well as related services concerned such as Customs Brokerage, Warehouse/Stock Inventory and Transportation. - Conduct customer visits and sales meetings across the assigned area. - Identify customer needs and provide tailored logistics solutions. - Coordinate with internal departments (CS, Operations) to ensure high customer satisfaction. - Manage sales forecasts, budget planning, and revenue reporting. - Support in setting up and expanding local office presence in the future. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 10 years of working experience in B2B Outside Sales, Sales Hunt, Business Development - Strong experience in B2B Logistics, Freight Forwarding (both Ocean and Air Freight, as well as related services) - Proven track record of sales achievements. - Manager level with subordinates - Conversational High to Fluent level in English language for business expansion, direct report with Japanese report line etc. - Holding own car with driving license - Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Flexibility of commuting and able to work in BKK office in first period, also able to work in Prachinburi. <In detail> - Strong analytical skill and negotiation skills, target-oriented as well as customer service oriented, hardworking and mature. - Good attitude, service-minded, multi-tasking ability, active energetic, well disciplined, and excellent interpersonal skills. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Early join candidate - Have connection with top management person in company
