<Job Responsibilities>
1. Execute Sales Strategy:
- Implement business plans and sales strategies as defined by the management to achieve assigned sales targets.
2. Develop Overseas Markets:
- Expand customer base and develop new business opportunities in overseas markets outside Japan, with a focus on the United Kingdom, EU countries, Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong, and South Korea.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Manage and support customer requirements to ensure high levels of satisfaction with both products and services.
4. Sales Target Achievement:
- Consistently meet or exceed the sales targets assigned by the management.
5. Coordinate with Factory Teams:
- Work closely with internal factory teams to ensure successful new product development that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and business operations.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the food industry (Processed meat, ready-to-eat meat)
- Have experience in taking care overseas, especially the UK and EU markets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and capable of using ERP systems to manage sales data, customer information, and reporting.
- Conversational High-level in English for communication with overseas clients
- Driving car license (Use company's car)
