Sale Manager (Horeca-Coffee) (60K-100K) (SDG-39014) <Job Responsibilities> Developing and implementing plans and goals for the company to achieve sales and profit budget Making the strategy to get new accounts effectively Develop new selected Horeca accounts and maintain relationship directly without distributors. Hit/Exceed monthly and annual sales targets with Horeca accounts, develop and execute plans and promotions to achieve sales targets. Solve any issues and problems faced by Horeca customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust. Manager and control the promotion details for Horeca according to the sales situation of each account, and prepare and receive necessary approvals on any change of promotions. Work together with Marketing Department to set the appropriate promotion and plans for maintaining / improving brand values and equity. Collect and analyze sales data and trends, and prepare necessary reports periodically. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts for each account and report to TH Management and JP Management and internal teams. Other tasks assigned by Japanese and Thai Management
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 30-50 years old Bachelor degree Business level of English (Communicate with JP Management in Thailand and Singapore Branch) Sales Horeca Channel Experience for five years related food and beverage business Have own car with driving license Stable career (One company at least three years working) <Preferable Skill / Experience> Working experience in Japanese company as sales Working experience in Coffer company as sales Languages skills English: Business Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: MRT Ratchadaphisek, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon - Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 60,000–100,000THB About the company Products: Manufacturing and sales of coffee and machines related coffee and managing operation of coffee shop.
