Work outline: Responsible for all sales activities and managing sales teams
Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø Achieve sales and profit targets figures Ø Plan sales strategy and manage sales force to achieve its goals. Ø Disseminate the policy in agency, and formulate and implement distribution policy to make distributors function effectively. Ø Drive various seminars and promotional promotions, such as when launching new products, and will lead to sales Ø Set appropriate performance targets for subordinates, give guidance and support towards achieving the goals, and fairly evaluate results according to achievement degree and contribution degree. Ø Develop human resources related to sales functions to enhance our position in the control equipment market. Ø Other tasks as assigned |
Qualifications:

Ø Thai Nationality, Male/female, Age 35-49 years old
Ø Bachelor degree in any related field

Ø Experience in sales field in FA manufacturer Ø Management skill Ø Experience of achievement by dealer sales |
