<Job Responsibilities> - Manage sales activity of all subordinates to drive achievement of the Company. - Communicate for business policy and compliance. - Supervise all subordinates for misconduct in activity. - Monitor sales progress to drive sales target achievement. - Approach customer relations with an enhancement of business growth. - Risk management for customer credit transactions. - Rapidly report on the credit/cash solution to the great executive. - Inter-communication with the cross-team related to business flow. - Communicate with the customer for the delivery schedule (designated customer) - Strategic solution for customer satisfaction. - Develop skills and promote work potential for subordinates.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in marketing or higher in any related field. - At least 10 years of experience in sales - At least 3 years of management experience as a Sales Manager in the food industry - Experience in taking care of customers from HORECA (food service) - Conversational high in English for communication, documents, and email. - Able to use MS Office. <Details> - Service-minded, strong leadership, detail-oriented, fluent in English, excellent communication and presentation skills, with solid business sense.
