Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop and implement a sales plan for each customer segment to meet sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction - Manage and monitor sales volume, pricing structure, and margin - Provide an accurate rolling sales forecast and annual budget - Strengthen customer relations in value segments as determined (RMX, CPM, Road-construction) - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to serve the demand of value customers - Develop market intelligence to forecast and analyze market movement - Expanding the customer base
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mining, or any related field. - At least 5 years of Sales experience in construction materials or a related field. - Understanding of the market, including customer needs, competitor analysis, and emerging trends. - Understanding of the company's industry, products, and services - Conversation middle level in English to communicate with internal via conversation, emails, and documents - Driving licence (Company's car provided) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Able to speak Chinese - Knowledge and experience in sand & quarry production, selling in construction materials is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Civil Engineering
