<Job Responsibilities> - New sales to clients such as developers, trading companies, manufacturers, and industrial parks. - Acquiring contracts for construction projects. - Obtaining construction bidding information. - Building trusting relationships with clients. - Coordinating with the company's manager, design and architectural departments for bidding projects. - Coordinating and negotiating with internal and external parties. - Collecting information on the construction industry and clients.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 5 years of work experience as a salesperson in the field of a general construction company - Conversational High level in English, both speaking and writing - Have expereince in bidding projects <Details> - Have a good connection with land developer, manufacturing company, logistics company, Industrial Park and etc. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Working experiences from the construction business. - Working experiences from Japanese companies.
