Job Description

Benefit:

Responsibility:

- Represent the company’s product & technologies in order to develop new commercial building business and control sales & marketing activities of the assigned categories

- Setting up annual marketing plan, brand activities and carry out sales & marketing activities to meet the sales target as well as to enhance market share

- Collaborate with the external parties like distributor, consultant and designer in order to develop and maintain broad and deep customer partnerships

- Identify local key partners to help further the sales of products and project solutions

- Create strategic and actionable account plans that define a clear growth strategy, profitable marketing and sales achievement

- Develop and train team work

- Mainly in charge of “Building Automation System & HVAC Control System”

 

Qualification:

- Age 35 – 38 ( Male or Female) 

- Thai nationality

- Bachelor’s Degree in control System, Instrumentation or related engineering field (If plus Bachelor or Master Degree  in Marketing, Business Management will be  preferable)

- At least 5 years of commercial building business experience with strong networking in this area

- Possessing at least 3 years of work experience in managerial level

- Strong analytical skill and result oriented

- Proactive but patient and persistent in team building and implementing new business

- Have competency in sales & profitability management, planning & organizing skills

- Excellent command of spoken and written English

                     *English in Business Level (TOEIC 650 or above)
