<Job Responsibilities>
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure goals are met.
- Contact and coordinate with relevant departments, both production plants customers
- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- 5 years' experience as sales in automotive fields or OEM (Prefer candidate from Manufacturing Company)
- At least 3 years in management level
- Experience in products such as Automotive Spare Parts
- Business level in English communication, use for internal communication and with customer
- Business level in Japanese communication, use for internal communication and with customer (JLPT N2 or N1)
- Able to travel upcountry depend on assigned location *please discuss more on the interview
- Able to go to work in oversea on assigned location *please discuss more on the interview
- Driving license (Company provides a car for client visits)
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Speaking Japanese, use for internal
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- TOEIC 800 up is preferable
