Job Description
<Job description> - Overall client's group management. - Make strategy and create quotation for RFQ new model. - Approval for price and profit of current model quotation. - Check and control the profitability including annual Cost Reduction budget. - Do overall team management including target set up, budget planning, job allocation, job follow up, manpower planning and human development. - Provide the advices, directions, making decision to any inquiries, requests or complaints from Group company and customers in team. - Maintain and strengthen customer satisfaction. - Support Senior Manager and above. - Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - At least 7 years experience as Sales (Assistant Manager/ Manager with subordinates) - At least 4 years experience as Automotive/ Automotive Parts/Electronic for Automotive part industry sales - Conversational High to Business level in English (email, documents, coordination tasks etc.) - Able to use Excel - Vlookup & Pivot table efficiently. - Strong Management ability <In detail> - Good personality, Effective negotiation and communication skills - Good team management ability, troubleshooting and great decision maker <Prefer Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing - Holding TOEIC 650 score or over - Long management experience - Able to join early or short notice
