Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>
- Be responsible for acquiring new customers 100% of the time in order to create new business opportunities and generate new revenue for the company 
- Plan and execute New Business Development activities targeting logistics, 
warehousing, 3PL, Freight Forwarding, and Supply Chain Solutions customers 
- Research, identify, and approach new markets, high-value accounts, and potential business partners 
- Build and manage their own Sales Pipeline from Lead Generation, Prospecting, Customer Approach, Solution Proposal, Negotiation, through to Closing 
- Drive revenue growth and achieve assigned sales targets 
- Develop sales plans, customer approach strategies, and new customer expansion plans 
- Develop sales strategies, pricing structures, costing schemes, and negotiate 
contracts to ensure commercial viability and profitability 
- Analyze customer needs and propose suitable Logistics Solutions for each 
customer’s business 
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth service proposal and project implementation for new customers 
- Coordinate directly with Warehouse Managers, Transportation Teams, and 
Customer Service Teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with actual 
operational capabilities 
- Support business planning, sales forecasting, and strategic business initiatives 
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in Thailand’s 
logistics market 
- Work as an Individual Contributor with no direct subordinates, while effectively 
coordinating with related teams to drive sales success

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
- At least 7 years of sales experience in the logistics business (e.g., Warehouse Leasing, 3PL, Supply Chain Solutions, Freight Forwarding). With proven experience in New Business Development, Hunter Sales, Logistics Solutions Sales, or Warehouse/Supply Chain services with achievements in acquiring new customers or opening new accounts.
- Conversational high in English to communicate with customers
- Own car and driving licence 

<Details>
- Strong understanding of Thailand's logistics market and good knowledge of warehousing, logistics operations, and Supply Chain Solutions.
- Strong networking skills among Logistics Operators, Warehouse Occupiers, or Supply Chain Clients.
- Strong negotiation, consultative selling, influencing, presentation, and pipeline management skills; commercial mindset with strong client focus; ability to work independently and manage multiple deals.
