Sales Manager - Deputy GM (Pinthong Factory) @Chonburi (45K-52K) (SDG-38949) <Job Responsibilities> This position mainly focus on Management and business development for finding new client Depending on the performance, this position will be promoted to GM Manage team members in order to achieve sales objectives and goals of the responsible territories Drive sales members to take action for business development and following up the clients by themselves Develop sales strategy align with objective and implement Develop plan for Business Development for finding new client Maintain and build relationship with existing client Negotiating contractual terms and conditions with distributors or customers for maximizing revenue yield. Other tasks as assigned by Japanese
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 38-49 years old Bachelor’s Degree in any field At least 10 years Work Experience as Sales (B2B) in Manufacturing Industry or Trading company Having experience business development, promoting sales strategy to subordinates Having experience in Japanese company At least 3 years Management experience Conversational low level of English for internal communication Have own car for commuting and sales activity <Preferable Skill / Experience> Having experience in same industry Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Pinthong Industrial Estate, Chonburi Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri <Saturday Working: Every other Saturday ( During probation period, every week) >) About the Benefits Salary: 45,000–52,000THB About the company Products: Manufacturing and sale of wood packaging materials and pallets; undertaking of subcontract packaging work Business Type: Other Chemicals / Materials
