Sales Manager (55K–70K) (SDG-117295) <Job responsibilities> - Focus on managing team members to achieve Sales target and KPI, including Support on bidding Process/ documents - Manage the team about business development - Bidding Process - Lead the Sales team to achieve all targets together and retain good relationships with existing client accounts while surveying and monitoring industry and client trends as Finding new opportunities - Summarize and report Sales target, Change, or issue that occurred and may affect the target - Focus on business development and Follow up about business development process. - Prefer to work as a teamwork and motivate team members to achieve the individual and team target
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Thai nationality , Female , age 35 - 42 years old - Bachelor's degree - At least 5 years as B2B sales (Service or Tangible (Any field) with after-sales service function - Have Experience in both business development and Sales bidding - Being Manager who manage subordinates at least 5 persons - Conversational high to business level of English (Communicate with both internal and clients) - Proven experiences and achievement - Comfort with documents work - Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and achieve Sales target/KPI Language Skill English level : Conversational Japanese level : None Workplace Area: BTS Phloen Chit Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday, work from home 1 day (after probation)) About the Benefits 55,000–70,000THB About the company Product & Service: Corporate Car Leasing/ Rental service Business Type: Leasing / Consumer Credit;
