Sales Manager @Chonburi (50K-80K) (JO-180418-152374)
Work outline: Responsible for overall insulation product sales company, supervise team members and maintain strong relationship with existing clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for Sales Projects in the Construction Building business.
In charge of domestics or international clients (TBC)
Manage and supervise sales team and support top customers
In charge of all sales activities, start from market research, call customers, visit them and doing business negotiation.
In charge of a leadership position and provide mentorship to other colleagues.
Provide service information about product, suggestion and problem solving with customer
Analyze, planning and make sales product report.
Coordinating and maintains good relationships with customer/ dealer
Support for existing client regarding product proposal, and build new business development to increase the client
Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality , Male/Female, age 33-40 years old
Bachelor’s degree in any related field
8-10 years of working experience in project sales ( preferably in construction, building material business)
Able to manage, supervise and support team members.
Experience in dealing with Sales project proposal
Good command in English (business level)
Good personality and outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good negotiation skills and good problem solving
Having a driver’s license and own car.
Preferable:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer.
Able to communicate in Japanese
Languages skills
English: Business level
Japanese: Preferable
Workplace Area: Company Bus in Chonburi
Working Hour: 8:00 – 17:00 (Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 50,000 - 80,000 THB negotiable
