About this Job
Work outline: In charge of sales and manage team to achieve target (Main product is digital printing product)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and motivation to the team to achieve sales target.
Develop strong relationship and activities with key customers.
Responsible for development of sales strategic plans and successful implementation.
Support business strategy and direction to achieve business target and to create long term competitive advantage.
Ensure satisfactory support and cooperation to customers by regular follow-up, Identify and
Solve customer’s concerns that includes providing and explaining technical and strategic information.
Instruct and supervise sales executive staff to achieve goals and targets
Report weekly sales progress to Management
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male/female, age 30-34 years
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in MBA or Marketing is preferable
More than 5-7 years' work experience in sales and marketing or related field
Experience in selling advertising or digital printing is an advantage
Good command of written and spoken English
Self-motivated, good service mind and able to work under pressure
Excellent team leader with good interpersonal skills and a positive approach.
Personal own car and a valid driving license
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level
Japanese: None
Workplace Area: Rama 3
Working Hour: 9.00 – 18.00 (Mon – Fri) (Sat around 15 days / year)
About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000 – 60,000 THB negotiable
