Work Outline To support the distributor network, expand and improve the communications channels be-tween distributors and company by providing accurate, up-to-date and reliable information


Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop business strategies and plans, at the same time ensuring proper execution of strategies to meet both sales and organizational objectives

Directly supervise and provide leadership to Sales & Communications Assistant

Interacts with all levels throughout organization locally and internationally, including close contact with Distributors and vendors

Analyze sales and business trends

Develop and implement in-country promotions and ensuring that such promotions are communicated to the Distributor network

Support and assist in coordination of world-wide events by liaising with Corporate Events Department and International Sales & Communications

Plan, implement and follow-up on local events to motivate, train and inspire local distributors and support them in increasing their momentum and business growth



Qualifications:

[Must]

Thai nationality, Male/female, 35-40 years 

Bachelor’s degree 

Strong in selling skill, preferred MLM/FMCG industry in multi-international company

5 years of experience with at least 3 years in a management position preferably in conference planning, corporate events, sales incentive planning and/or corporate communications systems

Good decision making, proactive, problem solving in people management

Position requires the candidate to lead, direct and manage a sales support team

Position requires a hands-on individual with excellent leadership, motivational, organizational and human relations skills. Ongoing liaison and sales development of independent distributors will be a key function

He/she will also be required to develop business strategies and plans, at the same time ensuring proper execution of strategies to meet both sales and organizational objectives

Excellent oral and written English and Thai communication skills

Have an understanding of the principals of time management and be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills

Ability to maintain a positive attitude, handle challenges in a positive manner and establish rapport with distributors while maintaining professionalism

Ability to work in a results orientated atmosphere meeting tight deadlines under constant pressure

PC literature (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

Must be able to work long daily hours, Saturdays, occasional Sundays and Holidays

Must be able to Travel abroad and in Thailand

Should own a car and driver’s license

Workplace Area: BTS Chidlom/Ploenchit 

Working Hour: Monday to Friday (9:00 a.m. – 18:00) working half day on Saturday, twice a month
