Work Outline: Managing not only sales activities but also Thai branch staffs to achieve sales target and expand the business
Duties & Responsibility:
Managing and supervising/coaching the team members to hit sales target
Responsible for presentation/data analysis
Contacting and dealing with Japanese and Thai customers
Supporting sales members to solve problems whenever it is needed
Visiting clients for business development to up-countr, therefore the person needs a car
Managing the tasks of the department
Carrying out routine tasks accurately and following strict methodologies to carry out analyses
Target planning, sales forecasting, and market analysis
Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, age 30 – 40
Have an experience of working for a chemical product company
At least five years’ experience of working as a sales manager
Good command of Japanese (N1 is better)
Have driver’s license

Hard worker, earnest, and effective
Languages skills
English: Basic Level
Japanese: N2 – N1
Workplace Area: BTS Punnawithi
Working Hour: 8.30-17.30 (Monday – Friday)
