Responsibility:

Manage the team and responsible for the sales activities in all units
Sales by myself
(Products)
Sales of specializing in Special steels,Stainless Steel & Electric Materials.

Japanese manufacturers [Consumer electronics,Automotive,etc.]
[Details]
Manage the Sales and Target achievement
Analyze and summarize monthly sales report
Monitor team performance as per divisional target
Manage sales team, maintain and build up teamwork
To maximize sales target both new and existing clients in Thailand
*Visit clients (industrial area) by company car own driving
Control and support sales team in purchasing, sales, documents control, delivery, inventory of all materials in order to meet customer’s requirements and satisfaction
Create action plan and implement sales activities
Analyze root cause when problem occurs and implement countermeasure and preventive action
Other tasks as assigned by MD
Qualification:
[Minimum Requirements]
Male/Female, Thai nationality, Age 35 - 45
Bachelor’s degree related field
At least 5 years’ experience in Sales preferably steel business
Have driving license
Good command of English and Japanese
Have team work thinking
[Preferred Qualifications]
Experience in a multi-national trading company
Management experience in Steel or Material Business
Language Skill:
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Conversational level (N3 – N2 level)
Workplace Area:Nongkheam / Bangkok
Working Hour:Mon - Fri (8.30 – 17.00)
About the Benefit
Salary: 40,000-70,000 THB/ Month
- 1-2 months pool bonus
