Work Outline: Manage sales team to achieve target and provide marketing plan
Duties & Responsibility:
•Do market research, industry research and strategic planning
•Create business plan, plan for measures towards the achievement
•Accomplish sales objectives by managing sales team performance
•Go to visit existing clients and find new clients ( 3-4 times/week)
•Develop new market [Search, TEL, mail, visits, etc.]
•Lead Thai staff or train new staff
•Interact with other departments, information sharing
•Make sales and current situation report to division manager and do other assigned works
Qualifications:
[Must]
•Male or female, age 35 - 45, Thai nationality
•Bachelor degree in any related field
•Experience in working in sales management fields (at least 5 years)
•Experience in working in material fields
•Good command in English to speak to company and concerned parties
•Have presentation ability
•Have a driver's license [to visit customers ]

Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:30 (Mon - Fri) * work on Saturday 2 - 3 times/ month

Salary: 60,000 – 70,000 THB
