<Job responsibilities>
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain & Develop customer relationships.
- Focus on the monthly sales team and KPI team targets that meet high-performance sales standards.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, Providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and Make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct regular sales meetings/calls.
- Visit and entertain clients where appropriate.
- Train, and supervise sales staff, Providing ongoing support and coaching.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 40 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Logistics Management, or Related Field.
- At least 5 years of experience with Sales in the freight forwarding business
- At least 5 years of experience with management-level
- Experience in taking care of subordinates at least 5 person
- Experience in the Freight Forwarding business will be an advantage.
- Good command of both spoken and written ( able to deal with international clients ) English
- Have personal car
- Proficient Computer literacy in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None
Workplace Area: Near Terminal 21 Rama III
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Mon-Fri at 08.30-17.30 [WFH : Sat at 08.30-12.00])
