Sales Manager (80K-180K) (SDG-22786) <Job Responsibilities> Develops business strategic planning for the market to achieve the company sales target and profitability; identifying market trends, opportunities and system improvements Develops sales teams by selecting,training,coaching and disciplining staffs;communicating job expectations;planning,monitoring appraising,and reviewing job contributions,reviewing compensation actions; enforces policies and procedures. Directs sales force into new market penetration and sales of new product as appropriate. Determines marketing & sales operating objectives, such as sales volume, profitability, market share, by product and by industrial sectors. Determines and implements action plans to accomplish the marketing and sales operating objectives Initiates and coordinates the product development and production requirement Provides sales forecaster and request for stock inventory purchase Develops marketing intelligent, customers and competitor database Provides timely, truth-telling report for sales performance, strategic progresses and marketing changes w/ any corrective action as appropriate Leads by example by adhering to company policies,regulations,procedures and ethics Workplace Area: BTS Phromphong, Bangkok Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Mon-Fri) About the Benefits Salary: 80,000–180,000THB About the company Products: Rubber/elastomer flexible, Valve, Construction Expansion joint Business Type: Rubber / Resin / Plastic;
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 35-45 years old Holding a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Must have at least 5 years’ experience in sales planning and management Initiative and strong communication skill Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams Good command of written & spoken English <Preferable Skill / Experience> Degree in Mechanical engineering Experience in industrial sales (selling to oil and gas business) Languages skills English: Business Level Japanese: None
