<Job responsibilities>
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan.
- Develop and execute plans/initiatives to grow the business in assigned market segments
- Specific strategies, goals, and acquisition of segment-Specific account information
- Research market conditions and competitors to remain responsive to clients’ needs
- Setting sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Other task assignments for sales
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 42 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering Field
- Experience 10 years in Sales or Business Development in water and environment Industry or related
- Good English communication and computer literacy
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in water and wastewater treatment business
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
