Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty - Handle customer issues, complaints, and troubleshoot problems promptly and effectively - Develop new business opportunities, including delivering presentations and preparing tailored proposals/quotations - Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements - Conduct price negotiations and issue quotations in line with company policies - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, subordinates, and head office, to ensure smooth operations - Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management - Other assigned duties
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 2-year working experience as sales in any industry - Conversational high level of Japanese (For communication with Japanese speaking clients, N3 up) - Have own car - Work flexibly and smartly depending on needs or expected roles. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Business level of Japanese
