Sales Leader - Supervisor @Chonburi (35K-50K) (SDG-37353) <Job Responsibilities> To make and conduct sales strategy for business development to local company by being aware of client's needs *Automotive and home appliances Visit clients regularly and build up good relationship with new/existing clients Get requirement from client and negotiate with both production team and client to deliver products which meets client’s expectation Negotiate price, amount and schedule in order to enhance sales amount Make quotation, control delivery date and respond any requirements from client Make sales forecast and budget plan of the sales team Make monthly and yearly sales plan with Japanese managements Manage subordinates by handling their sales activity, progress, and process Other tasks might be assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 31-40 years old Bachelor’s Degree in any field Conversational level of English (Advanced low above) At least 5 years’ experience as sales toward automotive or home appliances Having business development experience toward local company Having management experience of small team Able to make sales strategy by understanding client's needs Able to visit client by company car <Preferable Skill / Experience> Business level of English Having sales experience toward building material Having sales experience toward Chinese company Languages skills English: Conversational Level Japanese: None Workplace Area: Amatanakhorn Phase7, Chonburi Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon-Fri) (Saturday Working: only 1st Saturday) About the Benefits Salary: 35,000–50,000THB About the company Products: Acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesives and adhesive tapes Business Type: Other Chemicals / Materials
