Work outline: Responsible for Sales of Japanese inbound customers from Japan in area of airline ticket (domestic and oversea), international package tour, hotel etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Achieve the sales target and look for opportunities to propose new solutions regarding
Sales Target
Ø Identify and resolve complaints, needs, and issues
Ø Responsible for Japanese customers who are traveling to Thailand
Ø Prepare a variety of status reports
Ø Coordinate with Japan Head Quarter by email and phone calls
Ø Other tasks assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Ø Thai nationality, male/female, age 22-30 years
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Ø Fresh Graduates are welcome
Ø Good command of both spoken and written Japanese
Ø Good command of Microsoft Office (word)
Ø Good personality and communication skill
Ø Willing to do Sales and have customer service mind
Languages skills
English: Conversational level
Japanese: Business level (N1 or N2)
Workplace Area: BTS Asoke
Working Hour: 8.30 – 17.30 (Monday-Friday) +half day on two Saturday/month
