Job Description


<Job Responsibilities>:
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication; Customer management
- Regular appointment with customer by video cal meeting to take care customer satisfaction
- Support Sale Manager, to support as issuing quotation or compare price for supplier
- Email Newsletter
- Update port or border situation to customer in English
- Analysis what information customer needs through regular meeting with customer
- Enthusiasm to collect information by various ways such as on internet, from team and carner
- Handle customer complaints, provide approprate Solutions through discussion with team and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Attitude to try to perceive the true nature of tangs
- Objective View
- Share information to manager and report progress of tasks
- Morning briefing held in Thai, need to share information with manager
- Communication with supplier
- Sometimes observe loading place to see the operation
- Support for interpreter, take care of foreigner client, especially Japanese (with Osaka accent mainly).
- Other tasks as assigned.



 




Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Logistics or any related
- At least 1 year as Sales (Any kind of business)
- Conversation High to Business level in Japanese language (with JLPT N2 or N1 is a must)
- Conversational High level in English (email, documents, communicate with supplier, oversea client etc.)


<Preferable Skill / Experience)
- Experience as Sales in Japanese company and forwarding, logistic industry
