<Job Responsibilities> **<Position Objective/Expectation>** To grow sales by providing total logistics solutions and managing smooth operations for corporate and relocation clients. 【Job Details】 - Make sales proposals for sea freight, air freight, and overseas moving services to corporate clients and expats. - Receive customer requests, arrange survey schedules, and confirm shipping conditions and schedules. - Manage the full process, including packing, pickup, warehouse, customs clearance, sea/air transport, and local delivery. - Communicate and coordinate with customers, agents, overseas offices, and internal departments. - Prepare quotations, check extra charges and invoices, control delivery schedules, and report progress. - Guide customers on required documents and collect them, and explain restricted and prohibited items. - Follow up with existing customers, make improvement suggestions, and propose upselling. - Check the quality of subcontractors and also handle complaints and actions to prevent the same problem again. - In the low season, develop new business with Japanese companies.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Business level of Japanese (N1Must) - Having work experience at a Japanese company or study experience in Japan at least 3 years - Some experience in coordination or negotiation (any industry and any job type is okay) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Having work experience in the logistics industry - Having work experience in import / export related departments
