Job Description


<Job Responsibilities >
- Promote and sell Factory Automation (FA) components, including PLCs, inverters, servo systems, and related automation equipment to manufacturing companies.
- Develop and expand sales of automation systems and solutions tailored to customers’ production lines and factory operations.
- Identify and approach new potential clients, conduct sales visits, and build long-term business relationships.
- Understand customers’ production processes and technical requirements, and propose suitable FA products and system solutions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and negotiate commercial terms to close deals.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the Factory Automation sector.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular sales reports to supervisors.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- At 3 year working experience as sales in electric, machinery, automobile and electronics field. 
- Conversational middle to high level of English (For communication with Japanese managers)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges
- Able to report clearly and appropriately to supervisors
- Capable of planning, organizing, and executing action plans independently
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to achieving targets
- Own car

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Knowledge of FA, PLC or SCADA systems
- Working experience in a Japanese company
- Bachelor of business administration, international business, electrical engineering or related fields. 
- Basic knowledge of semiconductors. 
- Basic knowledge of Japanese business practice.
