Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Regular Sales Calls, promoting Air Freight & Sea Freight, Logistics Service in any area for Chinese customers. - Approach both new and existing customers and provide an appropriate solution to achieve the customer requirement - Issuing a quotation, RFQ then follow up the feed back - Keep monitoring a financial billing process, invoice, credit note, cost control and profit sharing - Regular correspondence with oversea counterparts for existing business and new potential sales lead/ new business opportunity. - Survey and identify a new potential customers and report to sales meeting. - Prepare monthly sales and marketing activities reports.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - At least 3 years in B2B Sales (Air Freight, Sea Freight, Logistic service field) - Conversational High to Business level in Chinese language (Business expansion activity, communicate with Chinese customer) - Conversational High to Business level in English (communicate with Japanese report line, email, documents etc.) - Own car with driving license - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power point). <In detail> - Good personality and Excellent communication, Service mind and proactive, Strong negotiation, decision problem solving skills. <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, Logistics or related field - Experience in Business Development - Experience in Chinese customer - Holding HSK Certificate - Early joined candidate
